Five days in Singapore: one hotel and grouped outings
Singapore works well as a city holiday with one hotel. Marina Bay, Sentosa, Chinatown, Little India and Kampong Glam are sightseeing districts, not separate cities that require a hotel move. Select your accommodation around the outings you value, then use LTA’s journey planner to check transport from the actual hotel address.
This five-day outline is a tailored planning idea. It groups nearby priorities and leaves space for arrival and departure. It does not establish that every attraction ticket or transfer is included in Glider’s published packages.
A practical 4-night / 5-day outline
- Day 1: arrival and check-in. Keep your first evening near the hotel until flight timings are known.
- Day 2: Marina Bay and Gardens by the Bay. Decide which specific ticketed attractions you want before reserving your time.
- Day 3: Sentosa. Choose a beach-focused outing or request a Universal Studios Singapore day as a separately priced priority; avoid trying to do everything at once.
- Day 4: Chinatown and another cultural neighbourhood that interests you, such as Little India or Kampong Glam. Use the actual transport plan to decide which stops fit.
- Day 5: departure. Confirm pickup, luggage arrangements and usable time before adding a final activity.
For a four-day trip, remove an outing rather than compressing all five days. For six days, add a rest period or another major experience with its own transport and ticket quote. A family with young children may prefer a slower Sentosa day over an additional evening activity.
The attraction name is not the ticket inclusion
“Gardens by the Bay” can describe a general visit or specific paid attractions. Ask whether your quote includes Flower Dome, Cloud Forest or another named admission, together with the visit date and ticket conditions. The official Gardens website lists the current products; do not assume a park name includes every area.
Likewise, a Sentosa outing does not automatically include Universal Studios Singapore, and a city package does not automatically include Night Safari. Request the exact attraction and transport as separate lines. For any family booking, provide children’s ages so the supplier can confirm applicable tickets and restrictions.
Check how the published package handles hotel bases
The six-day Family Delight plan labels Marina Bay and Sentosa as bases; the seven-day Signature Holiday adds Central Singapore. Ask whether these labels actually mean hotel changes. If you prefer one property throughout, request a revised hotel and transfer plan before booking; a route label alone does not confirm accommodation arrangements.
Published examples: Singapore Essentials (3N/4D) starts at ₹49,355; Singapore Signature Holiday (6N/7D) starts at ₹55,000 per adult before taxes. These are land-package estimates, not a flight-inclusive total or a guarantee of availability for your dates.
From India: flights and arrival documents
For Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad or Delhi, share your actual departure airport and compare total journey time, baggage and local arrival date. From Mysore (Mysuru), include the journey to your chosen airport and a check-in buffer. From Gujarat, specify Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara or your actual starting city. Flight schedules and connections are checked for your dates; no direct service or local branch is implied.
For ordinary Indian travel documents, check ICA’s visa requirements before booking. The SG Arrival Card is a separate, free official submission within three days before arrival; it is not a visa. Use ICA’s official page and reconfirm requirements for your nationality and travel document.
