Glider Travels Policies, Cancellations & Refunds

These policies apply to tours, activities, and custom itineraries booked through Glider Travels. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below.

Booking & Payments

  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment and written confirmation from Glider Travels.
  • Prices shown may exclude applicable taxes/fees, which are displayed at checkout.
  • Tour bookings typically require a 50% advance unless stated otherwise.
  • Full payment must be completed before travel date as per the confirmed timeline.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, 100% of total tour cost must be paid on or before the date of booking confirmation.

Cancellations & Changes

  • If cancellation is made 30 days before the date of travel, 25% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellation is made 15 to 30 days before the date of travel, 50% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellation is made within 15 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • No-shows are treated as full cancellation, and rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur supplier and fare difference charges.

Supplier & Third-Party Services

Certain services (activities, hotels, transport, guides) are delivered by third-party suppliers. Their operational rules, inclusions, and cancellation policies apply and will be shared in your confirmation.

Refunds & Glider Cash

Any approved refund is issued as Glider Cash only. Glider Cash is non-transferable, cannot be encashed, and can be redeemed toward future Glider bookings.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits, and compliance with local laws. Failure to carry required documents is treated as a no-show.
