Glider Travels Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) form a binding agreement between you (“User”) and Glider Travels (“Glider”, “we”, “us”). By using our website, creating an account, or booking any service, you agree to these terms.
1. Definitions
- Booking: A confirmed reservation for a tour, activity, hotel, transport, or custom itinerary.
- Supplier: A third-party service provider delivering parts of a booking.
- Quotation: The final confirmed itinerary with pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation terms.
2. Eligibility & Use
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. If you book on behalf of others, you are responsible for ensuring all travelers comply with these terms.
3. Booking Contract
For multi‑service tours, the confirmed quotation and these T&C constitute the contract. For individual activities, the booking confirmation voucher and these T&C form the contract.
4. Glider’s Role
Glider designs itineraries and coordinates suppliers. Certain services are delivered by third‑party suppliers; their operational rules apply and will be shared in your confirmation.
5. Payments
- Prices may change until payment is received.
- Taxes/fees are shown at checkout.
- Partial payments are allowed where specified; balance must be paid before travel.
6. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and rescheduling are subject to the specific booking’s terms. No‑shows are treated as full cancellations. Changes are subject to availability and may incur fees.
7. Refunds (Glider Cash)
Any approved refund is issued as Glider Cash. Glider Cash is non‑transferable, non‑encashable, and can be used toward future Glider bookings.
8. Travel Documents
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits, and compliance with local regulations. Failure to carry required documents is treated as a no‑show.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (weather, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or supplier shutdowns). We will assist with alternatives when possible.
10. Limitation of Liability
Glider’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Communications
We may contact you via email, phone, or WhatsApp regarding your booking, updates, or support queries.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these T&C from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website.
